1. How thick is the tempered glass screen protector?

The tempered glass is only 0.33mm thick.

2. Will this strong tempered glass break or shatter?

3. How tough is InsurShield?

Our tempered glass sits on level 9, while diamonds sit on level 10 on a scale of 10. So you can say, our InsurShield is super tough.

4. How to install the screen protector?

Please check out the instructional video here (in production), you will be amazed how easy it is.

5. How to get rid of the dust on the screen?

2 dust removal strip are included in each package.  Please use it to remove the dust before putting on the our InsurShield.

6. What about the air bubbles, how to get rid of them?

Yes they are a pain in the Axx.

Starting from the center of the screen protector, you move the bubbles to the edge. Otherwise, please wait for a few hours and the air bubbles will work themselves out.

7. How do I remove the screen protector?

Just peel it off! it does not leave behind any sticky residue. Try to start from the corner, and lift it up from there. But, please be careful, at the end of the day, it is still a piece of glass. It withstands scratches and impact very well, but twists and folds.

1. Do I need to prove my screen protector broken to claim a new one?

Absolutely not. Just let us know (fill out this page), and we will send you a new one. 

All the InsurShield products which go with a Lifetime Premium Warranty badge on their product page will fall into the Premium Warranty protection automatically. At the moment, iPhone 5/5s, 6/7/8, 6/7/8 Plus, X/XS, XR, and XS Max are under this Lifetime Premium Warranty protection. 

But please be careful every-time when you remove the old one. As we have said, InsurShield is just another piece of tempered glass, we don’t want you get hurt. 

2. Will my Lifetime Premium Warranty ends?

Absolutely not. This Lifetime Premium Warranty comes with the selected InsurShield products is free, and lasts forever. As long as a screen protector (with Lifetime Premium Warranty) is needed, we will ship you a brand new InsurShield!

But please remember, shipping and handling charges apply

3. What more about the lifetime warranty I should know?

Not much, just bare in mind, unfortunately, our warranty program doesn’t cover human injury, other property damage, or lost due to the broken glass. We really don’t want to see our customers get hurt because of they fiddle with the glass too often. 

4. How do I claim the warranty?
  1. Go to https://insurshield.com/claim/
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. If you don’t know your order number of your previous purchase, you have 2 methods to find it out. 1st, your can get the number from your order confirmation email we sent you last time; 2nd, you can log into your account (top right hand corner of of any page), then click “Orders”, you will see the order numbers on the right

  4. Then click “Apply And Pay”, and you will be divert to your PayPal Account. We will charge on nothing but the shipping and handling only. It is USD$6.99 each time.

A nudge here is, each time, we only accept one product replacement claim only each time. This is to ensure no iPhone accessory shop is abusing our Lifetime Premium Warranty, and to make sure we are dealing with end users. We believe that, normally, we use one smart phone only, am I right!

 

About Orders and Shipping

1. Can I order screen protectors for different iPhones in one order?

Yes.

But for each product, unfortunately, you can only order one in quantity. Because we are providing personal service, and we believe that normally, one will use one iPhone at a time. It is very rare that one keeps more than one active iPhone at a time.

2. How long does it take to ship my order?

It depends. Usually 4-7 days will do.

3. Why is the price so good?

Simply put, with internet, we as a producer can reach our customers directly without the involvement of middlemen. Thus the unbeatable price. 

And for the same reason, as we enjoy dealing with our customers directly, we do not want any middleman or agency in disguise. Therefore, we give up shipping out InsurShield in bulk. Only one InsurShield in one claim.
